About Us

The Company, Plastequipment International Pty. Ltd., located in Melbourne, Australia, was founded in January 1996 by Elmar Bagert and Bruno Oswald.

On June 30, 2008 our colleague, share holder & co-director Elmar Bagert, who served the business with all his heart over the years, retired from the business, with Bruno Oswald taking over the shares to guide the company through the sometimes unpredictable periods and steer the “boat”. The company opened an office in Sydney late in 2008 with Brunos brother Armin Oswald, who joined our Sales & Support team, operating from the new base. On July 1, 2009, the Melbourne head office moved to our current address in Melbourne, a location in Mentone near Moorabbin Airport. Our whole teams aim is to serve the industry with enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism, not refusing any unreasonable challenges and to keep looking for improvements to suit the Australian, New Zealand & PNG manufacturing industries.

The many years of experience in the fields of manufacturing and processing is fundamental to Plastequipment and the company provides sales and service to the plastics, printing and automation industries.
